All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all fabric sales are final.

Fabrics are sold by the meter and cut to order. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or was shipped incorrectly.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact@malagolisilk.com with clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or store credit.

Color & Texture Variations

All fabrics are carefully inspected before shipment. Minor color variations due to screen calibration or monitor settings are inherent to textile photography and are not considered defects.
